Reiki I

In this class, students will be attuned to the first level of Reiki.  Students will learn through lecture, discussion, and experience the Reiki hand positions, how to give a complete Reiki treatment to themselves and others, and Japanese Reiki techniques to enhance their understanding of Reiki. 

Reiki II

In this course, you will deepen your practice of Reiki through instruction, demonstration and experience.  Students will learn additional Japanese techniques to enhance their Reiki practice, symbols to focus their intent during Reiki sessions and techniques to support distant treatment.   Prerequisite:  Completion of  Reiki I.

Vision Boarding Class

Vision Boarding is a class offered to aid in creative visualization.  Thoughts become things; you think it and let the universe do the rest!  Come with defined goals, an idea, or none at all.  Let us help you see your present and future in a natural, thoughtful way.

Energy Anatomy Class

In this class, students will be introduced to the energetic body’s structure and its links with the physical body.  Students will deepen their understanding of the connections between energetic blocks and how these blocks could manifest as physical concerns.  Activities will focus on developing the skills in understanding the energy system and how to assess energetic blocks.  Students will come away from this class with practical strategies they could begin to use immediately to enhance their energetic healing practice

Breath Meditations Class

In this two-part class, students will get an opportunity to deepen their understanding of meditation.  Through demonstration, lecture, and activities, students will learn strategies to harness the infinite capacity of breath to deepen our sense of peace and love.  Plenty of in-class practice time will be provided.  Also, students will be able to take what they’ve learned and try it out between the first and second class.  They can come back to the second class with feedback, questions, roadblocks, and concerns as they implement the techniques so that they know they are on-track with practicing the meditations. 

An Introduction to the Tarot

In this class, students will learn how to do various three card Tarot Readings for themselves, their friends, and their family.  Students will learn a technique to read every card in the deck without having to rely on a book, how to read the cards in combination, and how to develop their own Tarot journal.  Please bring your Tarot deck along to class.

Advanced Reiki Training (ART) 

In this class, students will receive the Usui Master attunement, learn the Usui Master symbol, and learn additional Reiki meditations.  Also, you will learn an additional technique for distant treatment, and an additional Reiki treatment technique called Reiki aura clearing.

Prerequisite: Completion of Reiki II

Reiki Master Class 

In this class, students will receive Usui/Tibetan Master attunement, and learn how to do all the Reiki attunements including the Master attunement.  You will also learn two additional Tibetan symbols and learn how to do healing attunements. Last but definitely not least, you will also learn an additional advanced Reiki meditation and the values and spiritual orientation of a Reiki Master.

Prerequisite: At least 6 months post completion of Reiki II and ability to reproduce Reiki II symbols independently
